Can’t say I didn’t start this blog in 2014. I made it by 2 hours. I was suppose to start it over my Xmas break by showcasing one dish I make a day. So, over the break, I made ramen eggs or 溏心雞蛋 by using a soy based sauce to marinate the eggs overnight. I placed them on pretty soup spoons to make it all classy looking. Sprinkled it with a bit of togarashi and there you have it, a holiday appetizer.
